Design Challenges and Solutions

Light and View: The front façade features larger square windows for increased natural light and views, flanked on both sides by smaller windows.

Heat Reduction: The front façade is constructed with a double skin of brick wall with a 50mm cavity, reducing heat gain in the rooms behind.

3. Aesthetic Design:
At the service floor, the walls are recessed to express the horizontal roofline. The larger windows at the corner are staggered in a curved outline and shaded with brown aluminium fins bent to curve, adding a unique aesthetic touch.
