LimWH Architect's masterplan proposes a group of sustainably-designed buildings with different geometric shapes to create intimate urban spaces.
The proposal was inspired by a research trip to London in December 2022 to study successful GBS and creative industry models.
The proposal optimizes the allocation of space for GBS offices, F&B premises and shops to ensure a reasonable return on investment.
