Our objective is to establish a strong and distinguished identity for the GBS building within the expansive 180 - acres GBS enclave. This includes designing high-calibre GBS office spaces that prioritize a conducive and dynamic work environment. The aim is to make this development attractive for multinational companies by offering an architectural and functional quality that stands out in Penang.

Varied seating choices cater to diverse social settings, offering natural privacy along the garden street.
Beginning of the Garden Street
Garden Street is designed to promote social cohesion among GBS staff and clients. It offers diverse dining options, including street stalls, cafes, and restaurants across two floors with escalator access. The area also features five shop lots catering to various needs. Varied seating arrangements integrated with landscaping provide private group spaces for discussions. At the street's end, an amphitheatre-like staircase serves as an event space for gatherings, music, or casual meetings. Visual termination is achieved with a three-story-high vertical wall adorned with indoor plants. Additionally, air space interaction enhances stack ventilation, bringing fresh air and natural daylight into the interior.
